Assistant Professor at UC College and in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, she holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. Her research focuses on educational policies and interventions in Latin America, studying gender bias and its effects on educational outcomes. In particular, she is interested in understanding why women are underrepresented in STEM fields, how peer gender affects women and men differently, and what interventions can be implemented to close the gender gap at all levels of education.
